Description: Grappa, which is obtained from the discontinuous distillation of the marc of the typical Valpolicella grapes. Distillation in small copper kettles that have been vinified in spring and matured in barriques for 6 months, this give the Grappa its rich straw color. A wonderful aroma with notes of vanilla, cocoa and honey mixed with the aroma’s of the Valpolicella grapes. Best served at room temperature 16-20deg Celsius
