Description: Based on the original dry gin recipe from 1948 the best lemons and bergamots from southern Italy are selected to create this clear crisp gin. The The botanicals are first infused in the finest wheat based alcohol, and then distilled in our historical pot stills from 1947, built by artisan Antonio Padovan. Your senses are taken into a trip through lemon groves along the mediterranean coast! Our advice is to mix this gin with dry tonic water and a grapefruit zest.
