Brilliant straw colour with a watery hue. Intense aromatics of lime and green apple infused with fresh herbs intermingle with hints of honeysuckle and wet stones. Very concentrated, the palate is brimming with racy lime and green apple fruits which are pitted against fresh herb infusions, faint honeysuckle and wet slate which give it a rounded river stone like texture. Finishes very dry and spicy with a burst of fresh acidity carrying thru to the long scrumptious aftertaste.
