Made following an ancient recipe, using pork and a blend of chili peppers. The mixture is then hand-stuffed into natural casings and tied by hand. It’s left to dry and age for at least 40 days. The result? A soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture and a rich aroma, with just the right kick of chili heat that lingers pleasantly on the palate.
